About cs2skins.space

An independent Counter-Strike 2 catalog and price-comparison tool. We track every tradeable skin, case, agent, sticker, charm and collectible across dozens of marketplaces and surface the cheapest live offer in one place.

What we cover

The catalog spans the full breadth of CS2 tradeable items as of 2026:

Our pricing engine

We run an in-house price-collection pipeline that polls the lowest active ask across dozens of marketplaces. Every refresh normalises currencies, deduplicates listings by per-wear hash, and writes a fresh snapshot to our static catalog.

On top of raw collection sits our freshness-and-validity analyser. It cross-checks each marketplace's price against the cohort median, flags listings outside expected ranges as stale or anomalous, and demotes them before they reach our "Best price" tile. The user sees only ranges we've validated against the rest of the network.

Beyond pure price aggregation we ship a proprietary skin-evaluation algorithm that combines popularity, pro-player loadout signals, drop-rate maths, case-EV calculations, fade / float / pattern context and historical volatility into a single tier score per skin. Look for the Tier badge on every detail page.

Marketplace logos and 30-day OHLCV history for the top 200 popular skins are self-hosted so the page is free of third-party CDN dependencies and faster on cold visits.

Marketplace ordering

The "Wear & prices" grid on every skin page lists marketplaces in a fixed editorial order rather than sorting purely by price. The ordering reflects our assessment of each marketplace's reliability, payout speed, regional reach and overall user experience.

Price accuracy is independent of ordering: the cheapest live offer is always highlighted in gold with a "Best price" badge regardless of where the marketplace sits in the row order. Every outbound buy link is a clean direct URL to the marketplace listing — we never route through external redirect aggregators.

Retired cases & wiki coverage

Operation cases (Bravo, Phoenix, Breakout, Vanguard, Bloodhound, Wildfire, Hydra, Riptide, Broken Fang), eSports series, the Winter Offensive case and the original 2013-era weapon cases stay in our catalog with a "Retired" badge — they no longer drop in the active pool but remain tradeable on the market. Skins from retired collections keep full coverage too.

Doppler / Gamma Doppler phase identification is partial — we map ~30 entries where authoritative paint-index data is available and leave the rest phase-unknown rather than guess. Phase coverage will grow as we extend our finish-resolution rules.
